In Screed Heating 

Thermonet 200Watt mats are the ideal option for in screed applications providing easy installation and efficient storage heating in screed layers of 20-100mm.

In Screed heating will take longer to heat up, however the screed layer acts as a heat bank and holds the heat for longer, ensuring you don’t have added running costs. In Screed heating allows the tiler flexibility in creating falls in wet areas and can be installed under most floor coverings. It is recommended to insulate under floor heating to gain maximum performance from your system.

The Thermonet 200W/m2 matting is available in a kit which includes all the items (except insulation) that you will require for installation of your underfloor heating.

Kit items include:  Thermonet 200W/m² Mat, Programmable Thermostat (5220A), Floor Temperature Sensor, Sensor Conduit, Cable Monitor (6025) & Installation Guide & Warranty Form.

In Screed heating

Suitable for installation in screeds of 20mm to 100mm, and is recommended to be fixed to insulation boards

TwistedTwin cable on Full self adhesive mesh

The unique stress free cable construction creates a longer lasting heating cable with zero electromagnetic field (Zero EMF). The self adhesive mesh speeds up installation by holding Thermonet matting to the substrate for easy self levelling and tile fixing.

Ideal for areas with limited floor space

Thermonet 200 Watt mats are ideal for rooms with limited floor space for the heating mat. The 200 watt ensures a high heat output across the floor warming the entire room.

Perfect for high heat loss applications

The high heat output of the 200 Watt mats makes them perfect for rooms which are prone to high heat loss. This can be further reduced by adding a layer of insulation below the heating.

          DELIVERIES

           

          Freight cost applies to all bulky items and needs to be calculated manually. Please contact us on info@acquabathrooms.com.au or call us on 02 9760 2273 for freight cost estimate. 

          Freight discount is available for eligible combined purchases. Please contact us before you place the order if you require combined freight as are unable to provide freight discount after the order has been placed.

          Insurance is not included in the freight cost. If you wish to purchase additional freight insurance, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you. 

           

          UNDER 20 KGS

           

          • Orders under 20 kgs are eligible for free shipping to NSW, QLD, SA and VIC addresses. No deliveries to PO Boxes.
          • All deliveries to Northern Territory, Tasmania and Western Australia will incur a delivery fee, even if under 20 kgs.
          • For orders under 20 kgs, we use StarTrack Express to send out parcels.
          • If no one is home to receive delivery, the item will either be left in a secure location or a missed delivery card is left at the premises and the item is taken to the local Australia Post Office where it is help for up to 10 business days* before being returned to Sender.

          BULKY ORDERS
          SYDNEY METRO AREA DELIVERIES:

          • For bulky items, delivery is to be pre-organised with the office. We generally need 1 – 2 weeks’ notice prior to delivery.
          • Deliveries are carried out by our company driver or Capital Transport Services.
          • All deliveries are between 11 am – 5 pm, the driver will call you 30 minutes prior to delivery.
          • We reserve the right to use an alternative arrangement in the event that courier does not cover your area. 
          • If there is nobody at site to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply. All deliveries are unloaded on the ground floor; no items will be delivered inside the house (NO EXCEPTIONS). Deliveries will not be taken inside the house or upstairs for safety reasons.
          • Some items may require more than one person for handling, it is your responsibility to provide additional person at the delivery address.

           

          RURAL NSW & INTERSTATE DELIVERIES:

           

          • Bulky items are sent on a pallet to either a home address or a local Bigpost depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to assist with pallet unloading at residential and business addresses. Items will not be taken off the pallet, and pallets will only be delivered to ground floor for all deliveries.  
          • The tracking information will be emailed to you via Bigpost once the order is dispatched. For any amendments to orders and order tracking after the order is dispatched, please contact Bigpost directly on 03 9544 5525 or enquiries@bigpost.com.au and quote you job number.
          • As part of our normal service we usually ship stock items within 2 business days of cleared payment but please allow up to seven days for shipment as occasionally shipments are held up for reasons beyond of our control. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays. Bulky orders may take up to 2 weeks for dispatch.
          • We are not liable for any damaged products claim once the item has been picked up or delivered as it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receiving it.           PICK UPS  

          • Pick up is available from our store in Granville. Address is 2/8 Parramatta Rd, Granville 2142. Ph: 02 9760 2273 
          • All pick-ups and deliveries are to be organised beforehand. Please allow 1 week for pick-ups and 2 weeks for deliveries. We will notify you once your order is ready.
          • Please check availability of item before purchasing if you wish to pick up within 3 days of order.
          • We are not liable for any damaged products claim once the item has been picked up or delivered as it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receiving it.

           

          For all pick ups, our hours are: 

          Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 3:30 pm

          Saturday: 10:30 am to 3:30 pm

           

          Please note we require complete payment before goods are delivered or dispatched. If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the order.

          We stock in store around 90% of the products we put online. In some instances, we may not have the product in stock until an order is placed.

          If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order due to goods being unavailable, we will use all endeavours to either:

          1. Source the goods; or
          2. Contact you within 5 business days to either arrange a full or partial refund; or,
          3. Change your order to replace the goods with a comparable product as agreed. Where an alternate product cannot be agreed on, we will refund you the price paid for the goods.
