Claims, Returns and Refunds

At Acqua Bathrooms, we aim to give you the best shopping experience when purchasing bathroom products. Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we have established the following policies:

Product Descriptions:

All online pictures and images of products are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that sizes, colors, and dimensions of goods may vary in real life. It is expected that you have read the written product description before placing an order.

Claims For Faulty/Damaged Products:

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will offer a replacement provided you have proof of fault/damage. Please do not bring the item into the store or return it to us without contacting us first.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the item was picked up from Acqua Bathrooms and inspected before pickup, we will not be held liable for any damages.

Depending on the issue's nature, we will organise a warranty claim with the manufacturer if immediate replacement is not possible, which may take up to 2 weeks.

If you are not satisfied with the item or it does not match the product description, we will offer a refund or exchange.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@acquabathrooms.com.au or call us on 1300 010 117 during business hours for further instructions.

Claims must be made before installation.

Returns & Refunds

All returns must be authorised by the store. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind about the purchase, we will offer you a reimbursement, exchange, or credit note at our discretion provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, uninstalled, with no signs of wear and tear, and with the packaging intact.
  • You must adequately package any product you are returning to us to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse.
  • The item is returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase at hand.
  • Upon return, the item will be inspected before issuing a credit or refund.
  • Custom-made orders are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are suitable for your purpose before ordering, including safe access to your delivery address for the goods.
  • Acqua Bathrooms will not be liable for any labour costs, as the warranty only covers parts. Acqua Bathrooms is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or injury to you or any third party due to mishandling or wrongful installation. All installations must be carried out by a certified installer/plumber.

To return an item, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Contact Acqua Bathrooms to obtain authorisation for the return.
  2. Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear and tear.
  3. Adequately package the item to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse.
  4. Include your proof of purchase or order number.
  5. Send the item to our address: Unit 2, 8 Parramatta Rd, Clyde NSW 2142.
  6. Allow 3-4 days for us to process the refund once we receive the item.
